We help people understand mental health in a new light
About
At Butterfly B Training, we empower to educate, inspire, and break the stigma surrounding mental health. We provide essential tools, strategies, and support to help those in crisis, transforming confusion into compassion and action.
Our Story
Founded by Bianca Kellie, Butterfly B Training arose from a deep passion for mental health and a commitment to creating positive change. Bianca’s journey began in Year 7 when a teacher remarked that these “ugly” caterpillars (the students) would emerge as “beautiful” butterflies by graduation. This powerful metaphor resonated deeply with her, symbolising transformation and growth.
Just like the metamorphosis of a butterfly, mental health challenges can feel daunting and “ugly.” Yet, when viewed through a different lens, these experiences can reveal profound beauty and resilience. At Butterfly B Training, we believe that within every struggle lies the potential for growth and healing.
Bianca’s lived experiences and insights drive our mission to help educate individuals and break down the stigma associated with mental health.
